clean room, manufacturing and storage space.
Building is masonry with concrete floors and includes excellent overhead
fluorescent lighting, filtered air conditioning (heating and cooling) for year
round stabilized laboratory environment.
LABORATORY EQUIPMENT:
Electronic test and measurement equipment calibrated to ANSI NCSL Z540-I-1994
is available for test and alignment. The equipment includes both Scaler and
Vector network analyzers, such as the HP8720 and HP8722 type analyzer
systems. Manual and automatic noise measurement equipment as well as
frequency counters and spectrum analyzers are available. Test benches are
non-magnetic with ESD grounding. A complete array of RF and Microwave
measurement instrumentation equipment is available for test verification.
MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT:
Equipment for manufacture includes CAD/CAM and well maintained small
tools, ultra sonic and plasma cleaners, microscopes, ball and wedge bonders,
bond pull tester, gap welder, fixture vices, clamps, soldering irons, adapters,
overhead lamps, drills, grinder, press, sander and other items necessary for
the manufacturing processes.
INVENTORY:
Satellink maintaina a large inventory of essential parts, devices and
materials available for rapid turn around delivery requirements.
QUALITY CONTROL / INSPECTION SYSTEM:
Quality Assurance Inspection and control system are ISO 9001 compliant.
